Rittz Evil Twin Orange Review
Introduction
The roll and pack on this cigar was rather firm, with very tight seams, and a very even sandalwood color to the wrapper. The draw was noticeably firm as well, but I never had to struggle for smoke which was always generous. The burn and ash were damn near perfect and the smoke texture, while somewhat dry, was still somehow velvety and smooth for a very pleasing effect. In the back half the texture started to have a juicy kind of sensation present. The flavor dynamic amd complexity were both thoroughly balanced and definitely kept on my toes the whole way. It was remarkable how well the contrast of the fruit notes juxtaposed to the toasty wood and nutty notes worked with each other. A very enjoyable and well made stick.
Pairings: Wheated bourbon, cafe con leche, or an old fashioned macchiato would pair very well with this smoke. Mixed nuts or trail mix as a pairing snack also works.
