Test #1 – I bookmarked this review so that once I find out what I smoked, I can go get a box. This was seriously a pleasure from first sight. Tight presentation, a slightly oily wrapper, well-kept foot and cap – seriously a beautiful cigar. This is also a cigar you can judge by the cover as it left a lasting impression in my memory through the following days.
The draw was just a bit loose for me, required a couple decent touch-ups, and left my mouth-watering with the smoke. As much as I would like to blame that on the delicious flavors, I’m sure it was the smoke texture drying my mouth.
The vitola is perfect for me as well. I smoke a bit slow and relish in the experience more than others, so this was a 70-minute smoke.
Test #2 – Very similar flavors and experience to the first review. This time the draw was perfect and required one decent touch-up around halfway through. The wrapper has thick veins and a bulging seam that ran through the middle half of the cigar.
I still want a box – it was delicious!

Slightly tart and slightly sweet, nutty, funky cedar aftertaste. White pepper on the retrohale. Great sweet cocoa smoke aroma.

Pepper remains but fades in and out. Creamy, increased cedar and nutty flavor. Chocolatey aftertaste.

Cedar remains with a smoother and herby, peppery retrohale. I also swear I could taste bubblegum on test #1.
