Orginally released in 2020, the Moon Valley Mark 5is another in a growing list of blends from Valacari Cigars that have gained a following almost exclusively through word of mouth. Expanding their network one boutique loving shop at a time, their popular limited production runs have proven to be an effective way to spread awareness for their core line. In contrast to last month’s Black Iris release of 1,000 cigars, there are 5,000 Moon Valley now available at select retailers across the country.
Crafted in June of 2022, these box pressed Torpedos feature Mexican San Andres wrapper, Nicaraguan binder, and filler from Esteli, Jalapa, and Ometepe in Nicaragua. Valacari’s online store locator reveals that their growing distribution network includes Limited Cigar Association affiliated shops such as Sir Louis Cigars, Mardo Cigars, Bullet Branch and Knights Cigar Lounge. In addition to their three core offerings – Neoclassic, Nobility, and The Messenger – the boutique operation also offers a Connecticut, Habano, and Maduro value lineup.
