Lampert Cigars Debuts Three Projects From Three Renowned Factories

In a marketplace filled with more impressive options than ever before, Lampert Cigars has been able to consistently stand out since it’s inception in 2016. Building on that momentum, three new cigars will soon be making their way into the humidors of cigar heads the world over. From three different factories, these blends represent a limited release and two entirely new lines.

Just announced, the Lampert 1675 Edición Morado has already begun shipping to select retailers and will receive a wider release in April. Crafted at the Ortez Family’s Fábrica Agrotobacos in Nicaragua, the Morado features a San Andres wrapper and Nicaraguan binder. The special filler tobacco used in this blend, grown by the Ortez family, was aged four years after fermentation. The Robusto format will launch at an MSRP of $14, $15 for the Toro. Eventually, a short robusto size will also be available in the US.

While not officially released yet, the Lampert 1593 Edición Oscura is a new line produced by the Ventura Family’s El Maestro Cigars in the Dominican Republic. The Oscura utilizes a San Andres wrapper, binder from Indonesia, and filler from the Dominican Republic. Launching in three formats, enthusiasts will soon by able to enjoy this blend in Short Robusto, Robusto and Toro sizes. Expect an update soon as MSRP, confirmed release date, and other relevant information becomes available.

Following up on last year’s successful release of the Family Reserve 2021, Lampert has again teamed up with Kelner Factory Boutique for Family Reserve 2022. Showcasing an Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper and Dominican binder, the filler tobaccos were grown, fermented, and aged by the Kelner family in the Dominican Republic. The Family Reserve 2022 is a 6 x 52 Toro that is selling for a suggested $18 each. A total of 7,000 of the 2022 edition cigars were rolled last year – 5,500 of which have made their way to the US in 10 count boxes.

“The follow up to our Family Reserve 2021, in the toro size, limited to 350 boxes for the US Market. Hendrik did an incredible job with the toro. Last year the retailers scooped up the entire US allocation in under 48 hours, this year our retailers managed to grab all of them in under 24”, said Dr. Stefan Lampert, founder of Lampert Cigars.

Lampert maintains list of all the retailers who carry their cigars and allows visitors to search by location.
