Cigarface: Angel by Montenegro

Stallone Alagan Review: The Experience

A very handsome robusto with a soft oil sheen, tight but visible seams, some veins, and some visible toothiness to the wrapper on the first sample. The nut brown color has an orange hue to it. Upon first light the draw is very good with a generous smoke output. Medium bodied with a somewhat jammy texture. Burn was less than perfect, but not problematic with a somewhat flaky ash on the first sample.. However, the second sample proved to be nearly flawless in both burn and ash integrity. The cigar definitely improved the longer it smoked, with both the complexity and balance increasing as the burn progressed. The final third ended up being my favorite with a late crescendo a flavor. Definitely a cigar I will smoke again.

This one seems ideal for late afternoon or evening with a black Sumatra coffee, a Glenmorangie Scotch, brandy or Cognac. This had some noticeable nicotine effects so have something in your belly before enjoying.

Rh: 64%  Smoke Time: 65 Minutes
