Stallone Alagan Review: The Experience

A very ruddy, almost rustic looking wrapper leaf on this beefy looking toro, with a decently even roll and an even medium pack.  Upon lighting the smoke bursts onto the palate with enthusiasm, bringing robust and rich flavors and a very pleasing powdery texture.  Between puffs the smoke just billows out if this thing! The draw is very good, and while the burn was never perfect it never caused a serious issue. The flavor profile is firmly on the dark side of the spectrum, but doesn’t have any sharp or acrid tendencies, making for a balanced and pleasant experience.  Don’t be fooled by the somewhat ugly wrapper, this one is a beauty of a flavor bomb!

Rh: 66%    Smoke time: 1 hour 30 minutes
