Earth, pepper, cocoa, spices, slight cream. General spice becomes nutmeg, oregano, cinnamon, dry cayenne, and hints of chiles and occasional mint. Building still, honey and graham cracker are added to the finish.
Syrupy honey, graham cracker and cinnamon start to take over. Additions of licorice and burnt marshmallow.
Graham cracker dies down. Add floral notes, heavier earth, light pepper. Slight honey remains. Very smooth.
