Nicely rolled, handsome cigar. Matte wrapper with a slightly toothy texture. Initially gave me a pepper blast the the back of the palate. I thought I was going to have to power through it, but it turned into a flavorful cigar that transitioned beautifully. With lingering remnants of roasty cafe, this is one of those cigars that is enjoyed well after the smoking is over. Very enjoyable cigar, would buy multiple for my humidor.

Leafy with a light floral bouquet
Nutty with a semi-sweet chocolate
Raisin, bready with a light funk, tight draw
Initial deep pepper blast to the back of my throat, AJ-esque profile. An inch in the pepper mellows, giving way to an earthy, caramel and nougat.End of third more brulee sweetness kicks in. Required a relight, followed by slight touch up later, then continued to burn well.
Transitions back to a milder black pepper, then quickly turns to a ginger root beer, followed by light floral finish on palate. End of third give a ginger snap cookie profile with an earthy zesty rind coming through.
Lemon zest takes over. Followed by an end of a lemonhead like flavor. End of cigar turns to a robust coffee and leaves a sweet cafe profile on your palate.
