Review: LCA Reserva Vintage ’22 by Christian Eiroa

Stallone Alagan Review: The Experience

Flawless construction but simply a bland flavor profile which became quite boring and the overpowering palate spices just sat wrong on the tongue.

Retrohale Notes: Black Pepper Bomb (1st Half) and Clean Pepper (2nd Half)
Average Smoke Time: 54 Minutes
Pairing Recommendations: Rich Coffee, Dark Chocolate, Caramel Candy or Chocolate Milk

Stallone Alagan Review: The Brand

This is the second annual release of the LCA Reserva series. This cigar is made entirely from a single year’s crop of Cuban-seed Corojo grown on Christian Eiroa’s Farms in Honduras. This is the same blend as the 2021 release, but an entirely different experience altogether. The Vintage year is when the cigar was rolled, but the tobacco is from the 2019 season. This allows you to taste how tobacco tastes from one year to the next.

I originally started smoking cigars around 2002 right after I turned 18; this was my attempt at “coolness”. What happened throughout the years though turned into true romance of the leaf. Cigars are passion, calmness and clarity mixed with the joy of collecting and community with a splash of nostalgia!
