The tooth on the cigar was clearly visible, both on the wrapper and in the ash. The first sample had an excellent burn, while the second wasn’t as razor-sharp—but that didn’t detract from the experience. It delivered enjoyable, nuanced flavors with a touch of boldness. Overall, it was a well-rounded smoke, and I’d gladly light up another.

Referencing the nickname for the American $100 bill coming from the blue security strip on new bills, Blue Cheese is one of the best Nicaraguan, Habano-wrapped cigars ever made (smoke it, then call us to debate). This is one of the first cigars rolled at Tabacalera Annex, the new AJ Fernandez Privada Cigar Club factory in Estelí, Nicaragua
