Started off amazing with that unique corn chip note that I wish stayed around longer. When the other spicy and earthy notes took over it was still pleasant but left me looking for more of those appetizing tortilla and salsa notes.

Begins with a complex but brief cocoa note soon followed by an interesting note of corn chip/fritos/tortilla. Further along a peppery spice joins in, like dipping a tortilla in spicy salsa. Tortilla note fades at end of third. Leaving a mild spice (heat) with light black pepper and cinnamon.
Continues with a mild spicy heat. Some cocoa comes into play with a piquant finish, similar to Mexican Hot Chocolate. End of third it develops a light ginger and mesquite woody notes.
In the final third the pepper note becomes more of green pepper with oak and cedar woody notes. Finishing on the palate is a roasty cacao note that lingers around.
