Pioneering Work with Corojo Tobacco
Christian’s work with Corojo tobacco, a legacy from his father, created a surge in the popularity of this variety. Camacho, under his leadership, experienced an unprecedented success streak of 82 months, starting in 2001. However, the demands of this success eventually led to the sale of Camacho to Oettinger Davidoff in 2008, a move that allowed Christian to take a much-needed break and focus on his personal life.
Founding of C.L.E. Cigar Company
In 2012, Christian returned to the cigar industry with the launch of C.L.E. Cigar Company, a venture that embodied his vision of starting anew. Named after his initials, C.L.E. was founded in Honduras and marked a new chapter in Eiroa’s career. Alongside this, he co-founded Asylum Cigars in Nicaragua, expressing his penchant for creativity and experimentation.
