Breckenridge Distillery, recognized for its exceptional craft whiskeys and the numerous accolades it has earned, has unveiled its third Collectors Art Series, featuring a limited release of 96 proof PX Naranja Cask Finish Whiskey. The striking new label for this release was designed by local Colorado artist and muralist, Sandra Fettingis, who incorporated her signature geometric patterns and citrus fruit-inspired motifs. The label design can also be found as a mural in Colorado’s newest arts district, located near the distillery.
Founder and CEO of Breckenridge Distillery, Bryan Nolt, emphasized the art of blending whiskey and the connection to other forms of art. The 96 proof PX Naranja Cask Finish Whiskey is marketed as offering a delightful aroma of stone fruit and candied mandarin orange peel, followed by flavors of raisin, fig, orange marmalade, and a touch of cinnamon spice balanced by matured oak.
The Collectors Art Series from Breckenridge Distillery has consistently received recognition, including awards such as Best Blended LTD Release at the 2023 World Whiskies Awards and Campaign Innovator of the Year at the 2020 Icons of Whisky America Awards. The limited edition release will be available exclusively at Breckenridge Distillery and the Main Street Tasting Room in Breckenridge, Colorado, starting from June 30, with a price tag of $125.
