NBA superstar Stephen Curry has officially launched Gentleman’s Cut Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey for $79.99 per 750ml bottle. Crafted over several years, the new offering is expected to be available worldwide within the next few days.

Distilled in 500-gallon copper pot stills and aged for a minimum of 5 years in new charred barrels made from white oak. A joint venture with Boone County Distilling Company, Curry’s SC30 Inc., and John Schwartz – owner of Amuse Bouche Winery in Napa Valley – formed Game Changer Distillery to distill, age and bottle their first project together.

Colorado’s Breckenridge Distillery, known as the world’s highest distillery, has partnered with Flaviar, America’s largest luxury spirits club, to create a limited-edition bourbon called Dad’s Stash in honor of Father’s Day. Dad’s Stash is an 86-proof bourbon featuring notes listed as butterscotch and rye on the nose, caramel and stone fruit notes on the palate, and a balanced finish of mature oak and spice. This exclusive blend is intended to be an ideal gift for bourbon-loving dads looking to elevate their home bar carts or enjoy an Old-Fashioned cocktail on Father’s Day.

To craft this special blend, Breckenridge Distillery organized a blending event in Breckenridge, Colorado, inviting 20 Flaviar members to compete in a battle of the blends. Bib & Tucker Small Batch Bourbon has just introduced a new addition to its lineup with the announcement of Bib & Tucker Double Char Bourbon. This bourbon undergoes a unique double charring and smoking aging process. First aged for six years in Tennessee in new white American oak, it is then transferred to a heavily charred and smoked second barrel for a minimum of five months, resulting in a rich and deeply flavored whiskey with smoky notes and a smooth finish.

Tom Steffanci, President of Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits, expressed excitement for consumers to try this delicious expression, noting the perfect amount of time spent in the second barrel that creates a savory and smoky character. Bib & Tucker follows the Lincoln County process unique to Tennessee, filtering the bourbon through sugar maple charcoal before aging. For Double Char, the second barrel is smoked with sugar maple, adding a distinctive savory white smoke flavor not found in other whiskeys.

The James B. Beam Distilling Co. – renowned for its 227 years of whiskey-making expertise – enters the American Single Malt Whiskey category with the debut of Clermont Steep. Developed by Freddie Noe, the 8th Generation Master Distiller of the Fred B. Noe Distillery, this is an exploration of American Malted Barley as a single grain. Clermont Steep is a five-year-old whiskey distilled and aged in Clermont, Kentucky, reportedly offering a unique bready taste of American barley alongside warm toffee sweetness.

Noe took on the challenge of defining the American Single Malt category, meticulously selecting ingredients and using Beam family jug yeast for natural fermentation. The whiskey is distilled on a column still and aged in barrels with a toasted and charred char level 1 finish. “I’m always looking toward the future of American Whiskey, and the boundless runway in this category intrigued me,” said Noe. “We don’t just want to participate in American Single Malt Whiskey; we want to help define it for the future of the category.”
