Beefy box pressed big boi! Well rolled, hidden seams, light mottle, few imperfections. Well executed loose roll with a nice even draw. Burn was a little wavy, with one light touch up needed. Fairly complex smoke. Good smoke to have on hand when you want that large gauge smoking experience. Would pair nice with spiced spirits (Rum, Rye Whiskey) or Dr. Pepper.
Rakesh Patel, originally an attorney from Los Angeles, developed a passion for cigars after being introduced to them by a client. As his fascination grew, he made the decision to switch careers and enter the world of cigar manufacturing. He initially partnered with Phil Zanghi and established the Indian Tabac Cigar Company, which would later be rebranded as Rocky Patel Premium Cigars in 2002.

Mild. Rustic, leaf, light floral
Cocoa, raisin, bran, light stone fruits
Hay, wheat
A very mild spice from the retrohale to start things off. Good smoke texture, velvety Mexican Hot Chocolate with sweet cream. As the retro mellows further notes of cedar, apple, dark fruits and cocoa come into play.
Smooth chocolate notes get more rich and dark. Further in burnt sugar notes with hints of white pepper. End of third a fresh cut resinous sap appears.
Sap-like resin darkens and a roastiness enters in the background. Second half of third mellows into a classic tobacco smoke with light florals peeking through.
