Beginning tomorrow, cigar lovers will again be able to make a direct impact while enjoying one of their favorite cigars. Earlier in the year, through their charitable Carrillo Cares program, cigar heads helped contribute over $46,000 to Els For Autism. Referencing the Pledge’s rating of 98 when it was named 2020’s cigar of the year, $0.98 from every 5 x 50 Pledge sold went to the cause during the first campaign. This time around, $9.80 of every single box of Pledge cigars sold between April 1, 2023 and April 30, 2023 will be contributed to the foundation.
The Foundation aims to offer the most up-to-date, evidence-based programs. Education, Research, Global Support, Recreation Services, Adult Services and Therapy Services are the primary areas of the Foundation’s focus. Head over to the program’s information page to learn more about the Els For Autism – started by Liezl Els, Ernie Els, and Marvin R. Shanken – and the work being done to improve the lives of individuals and families all over the world.
The Pledge is available from Privada Cigar Club and other retailers.
