For the third consecutive year, the Cohiba Serie M will again be offered in limited quantities. Launched in early 2021 by General Cigar Company and crafted by Level 9 rollers at Miami’s famed Little Havana landmark El Titan De Bronze, not only is this the first Cohiba made in the US – it’s also the first Cohiba to feature a Nicaraguan Corojo Wrapper. Beneath a Nicaraguan binder, Nicaraguan filler tobaccos from Jalapa and Esteli are joined by Dominican Piloto Cubano.
Cohiba Brand Ambassador Sean Williams shares that “now entering its third year, Cohiba Serie M continues to captivate the premium cigar category. This brand has all the makings of a connoisseur’s cigar: it harnesses the collective blending expertise of El Titán de Bronze with the mastery of the Cohiba team and encapsulates some of the finest cigar making techniques in one cigar. Together with Sandy Cobas, we’re proud to release the blend in a new size, giving cigar connoisseurs another opportunity to experience the artistry of Cohiba Serie M.”
Each year that this blend is made available, it is offered in a different size than in years prior. For it’s debut, just 5,000 boxes of the 6 x 50 Cohiba Serie M Toro were allocated to US retailers. Similarly, 2022’s 6.5 x 48 Cohiba Serie M Corona Gorda was also limited to 5,000 boxes. Expected to ship in April, 2023’s Cohiba Serie M Prominente will be the largest expression of the blend so far at 7 x 50. Suggested retail price for these is $29.99 each and $299.99 for a box of 10. There are only 4,000 boxes this year, so keep an eye out for our next update!
