After teasing the new format in November of last year, Aganorsa Leaf officially announced the sixth release in their popular Supreme Leaf line just days before 2023 kicked off. Considered one of the most popular blends they’ve ever produced, each iteration uses the same blend of 100% Aganorsa Leaf tobaccos from Nicaragua. Released twice every year, each batch is produced in a different vitola. This year – for the first time in the history of the line – the Supreme Leaf is being released in a traditional round Parejo shape.
“Demand for Supreme Leaf continues to grow and we are committed to releasing the same incredible blend in a new format with each release,” shared Terence Reilly, Aganorsa’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing. in December’s press release. “Rolling the blend as a traditional parejo and not box pressing it gives the consumer the opportunity to compare how this vitola compares to previous releases. I’m excited for the feedback from consumers once this hits the market in February, especially since this release will mark the first time in over a year Supreme Leaf will be available and expectations are higher than ever,” he explained.
The 6 x 52 Aganorsa Leaf Supreme Leaf Toro is limited to just 2,750 boxes of 10 and will debut at an suggested retail price of $13.99. Keep an eye out for this highly anticipated release, Supreme Leaf never remains available for very long. Halfwheel is reporting that the cigars could start shipping out to retailers as early as tomorrow, which places them on some shelves beginning first thing next week.
